Repair policy

We are committed to the longevity of your product. If your item requires a quick repair due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear, please refer to the following policy:


 

1. Scope of Repair

 

This Quick Repair Policy covers minor damages that can be reasonably fixed without extensive material replacement, including:

  • Stitch reinforcement and seam repair.

  • Replacement of small hardware (e.g., zipper pulls, buckles).

  • Minor fabric patching (where applicable and aesthetically appropriate).

 

2. Eligibility and Warranty

 

  • Manufacturing Defects: Repairs due to original defects are covered for the reasonable lifetime of the product and will typically be handled at no cost to the customer.

  • Wear and Tear: Repairs due to general wear and tear, accidents, or misuse may incur a small service fee, which will be quoted to you before any work begins.

Note: This policy does not cover catastrophic damage, major material replacement, or damage resulting from improper cleaning or modification.

 

3. Repair Process

 

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at contact.jaar@gmail.com with the subject line "Quick Repair Request." Please include:

    • Your name and order number (if applicable).

    • A clear description of the damage.

    • 2-3 photographs showing the damage and the overall item.

  2. Assessment & Quote: We will assess the damage based on the information provided and confirm if it falls under the Quick Repair Policy. We will then email you a quote for the service (if applicable) and instructions for shipping.

  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the studio. We recommend using a tracked service.

  4. Repair & Return: Once the repair is complete, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired item to you via standard shipping.
